    “Wir hatten Urlaub mit Hund gebucht und wurden sehr enttäuscht,Mönkebude ist sehr Hunde unfreundlich! Dieser Ort eignet sich nicht für Urlauber mit Hund !     “Mönkebude ist eine hübsche, kleine Ortschaft mit vielen kleinen Häuschen, einer Feuerwehr und einem Strand, der sich in der Nähe des hübschen, kleinen Hafens befindet. In der Ortschaft findet man alles, was man braucht. Empfehlenswert ist auch der Gasthof "Goldener Löwe", der Wild züchtet, welches man sich gerade auch mit kleineren Kindern wunderbar ansehen kann.

    “Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren gut, zum Bäcker 3 Gehminuten zum Einkaufsladen 15 Gehminuten.
    Fuhren mit Auto aber häufig nach Uckermünde zum einkaufen.
    Gasthäuser waren ausreichend vorhanden mit guter Küche. Strand war sauber und für Kinder und Eltern, ist das sehr langsame Abfallen des Meeresboden, eine tolle Sache.
    Gastronomie am Strand ausreichend, hätten uns aber ein bisschen mehr Auswahl an der Getränkeliste (Cocktails) gewünscht.
    Leider keine Geschäfte an dem Strand (so wir bei anderen Badeorten) um Sonnenöl, Ansichtskarten oder Souvenir kaufen zu können.
    Der Hundestrand ist leider eine kleine Katastrophe, keine Möglichkeit vom Hundestrand ohne Gefahr ans Wasser (man Rutscht auf den Steinplatten, die Steil ablaufen aus) zu kommen.
    Die Umgebung am Strand ist leider nicht sehr Hundefreundlich.”
