This holiday home for up to 3 people, which was completely renovated in 2018 and renovated again in 2021, is located in a holiday settlement on a fenced recreational plot of approx. 220 m² just 200 m from a bathing area and a small harbour on the Szczecin Lagoon. The fine sandy beach, the marina and the centre of Mönkebude with its restaurants and shops are just a few minutes' walk away along the dyke path.

The very tastefully furnished, approx. 43 square metre, non-smoking holiday home is equipped with a living room (sofa bed - extra bed possible, wood-burning stove, electric radiator, flat-screen TV, music system, dining area, panelled freezer), open, fully equipped kitchen (electric cooker with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), bedroom (double bed, electric radiator) and bathroom (shower, WC, electric towel warmer, hairdryer). In addition, there is a furnished terrace, sun loungers, barbecue, a small shed (possibility to park bikes), high chair, children's travel cot incl. mattress, free WiFi and a car park (central for the complex, approx. 30 m away).

The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy costs, bed linen, towels and an initial supply of firewood. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, pet (if applicable), additional firewood (trust fund).

One medium-sized dog up to a height of 40 cm is allowed in this property. All other animals or multiple animals require the consent of the owner prior to booking. Dogs must be kept on a lead within the holiday estate!

The tranquil, state-recognised resort of Mönkebude lies on the north-eastern edge of the approx. 125 km² large and densely wooded "Haffküste" landscape conservation area directly on the Szczecin Lagoon and likes to call itself the pearl of the lagoon villages. In addition to the well-developed network of cycling and hiking trails with a variety of excursion destinations in the Ueckermünde Heath or the Anklam Forest, the beautiful, gently sloping beach on the Szczecin Lagoon with adventure playground, nudist area and catering facilities as well as the marina are popular attractions for guests. In the village itself there is a mini market, an ice cream parlour, restaurants and boat and bicycle hire, while the seaside resort of Ueckermünde is approx. 7 km away with further shopping facilities, an old town worth seeing, a zoo and boat trips to Poland or the island of Usedom.
