Beautiful bungalow in a family friendly holiday park with a community swimming pool

This bungalow is located near the central parking area, making it easily accessible.

The bungalow offers a living/dining room, with an open plan kitchen, twee bedrooms and a bathroom. On the ground floor are the living/dining room with central heating, a cosy sitting area with internet television, a DVD player and a stereo. The open plan kitchen is furnished with a large refrigerator, a freezer, a dish washer, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a sandwich maker, an egg boiler, a blender, a Senseo coffee maker and a filter coffee machine, a kettle and a gas stove. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor and is furnished with a box spring double bed (140 x 200 cm). This bathroom has a level access shower, a toilet and a washbasin. On the top floor, there are one bedrooms, furnished with a 90 cm x 200 cm box spring bed and one single bed in the open area. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and a clothes line and is next to the kitchen.

This bungalow sits on a 225 m², fully fenced in property. The covered patio is furnished with a table and chairs and two sun loungers. A barbecue is available for your use, as well.

A crib and a high chair and Wi-Fi are also available. This accommodation is next to another accommodation from the same owner. There is a door in the fence between the two houses. This door is always locked. At the request of the guests, the door can be opened. Very convenient if two families want to travel together. Two very nice houses next to each other. With this object you will be provided with TV over the Internet. You can receive the following programmes: ARD, ZDF, RTL, WDR, ARTE, VOX, NDR, SAT 1, Tagesschau 2, 3 SAT, Pro Sieben, KiKa, ONE, RTL II, Super RTL. Customers who have their own NETFLIX account can also receive NETFLIX in this property. Unfortunately, customers without their own NETFLIX account cannot.

Bookings with max. 2 dogs are possible. Bookings with cats are unfortunately not possible.

The complex boasts a tennis court, a community pool, a trampoline, an in and outdoor playground and a supermarket. Bicycles can be rented also. The restaurant has a covered patio. You can play pool, darts or relax in front of the fireplace. Large sporting events are shown on a big screen. Stavenisse is a quiet town about 500 meters from the Eastern Scheldt and centrally located on beautiful Tholen Island. It is the perfect location for bicycling, fishing, hiking, scuba diving and relaxing. It is just an hour's drive to Antwerp, Rotterdam, Breda, Zierikzee, Vlissingen and Renesse. Take a boat trip to watch sea lions, or go to St. Annaland, visit the Deltaworks or Neeltje Jans, go bowling or visit a museum. There are several restaurants in the area.     “Das Ferienhaus hat die optimale Größe, ist sauber und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Der Garten sitzt komplett umzäunt, was bei urlaub mit Hund Vorteile hat. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und kann auch gut deutsch sprechen, was mit die Kommunikation sehr erleichtert hat.”
