Apartment in Pataias with Garden and Terrace and Panoramic View

The holiday apartment is in a two-storey residential house in a quiet area on the outskirts of Pataias, very close to the beach.

The highlight outdoors is the 20m² roof terrace with a wonderful panoramic view of the sea. It has garden furniture, so you can enjoy meals together, while enjoying the view. You can park your car at the public car park about 100 metres away.

The apartment of around 90m² is suitable for six people and comprises three bedrooms (of which one is a suite with an adjoining bathroom), two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. All three bedrooms have a double bed measuring 140 x 220cm and some have a balcony. The spacious and light living room with a big window front looking out at the roof terrace and the sea has a sofa in front of the fireplace, where you can make yourself comfortable. It also has two dining tables and another smaller table for two people. The modern kitchen, all in white, provides a gas stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee machine. One of the bathrooms has a shower and WC, the other has a bath and WC. There is heating in all the rooms.

The apartment is only about 200 metres from the nearest beach. Other beaches, which are more touristy, are also not far away, for example: Nazareth, San Pedro de Moel, Paredes, Poloveira. There are also good restaurants in the vicinity. The nearest grocery shop is just 100 metres further away, so within easy walking distance. There are also bars and entertainments about 200 metres away.

    “Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer sehr schönen Terassse. Blick auf das Meer ist atemberaubend. Ausser ein paar Küchenmesser (Kartoffelschäler) fehlte nichts in der Wohnung.

    Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.”

    “Die Wohnung als Solches ist wirklich sehr empfehlenswert! Lediglich im Hauptbadezimmer roch es sehr streng nach Siphon.

    Die Anreise in den Ort und in die Straße zum Objekt war leider sehr zeitaufwendig und strapaziös! Die Dame aus der dortigen Reiseagentur kam zwecks Schlüsselübergabe ca. eine Stunde zu spät zum vereinbarten Treffpunkt. Diese holprige Anreise entstand wohl durch Sprachschwierigkeiten.”

    “Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock eines dreistöckigen Hauses direkt an der Steilküste zum Atlantik. Sehr schöner Ausblick vom 20 qm großen Balkon. Die Wohnung ist von der Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Treppenhaus dunkel und etwas muffig, trotzdem würde ich sie von der Gemütlichkeit her weiterempfehlen. Die Küche ist groß und recht modern, allerdings muss man qualitativ Einschränkungen hinnehmen. So hängen die Türen in der Schränken, die Klapptür für die Tassen fällt immer ungewollt herunter und weitere Kleinigkeiten. Nach vorn hört man nur Meeresrauschen, hinten in den Schlafzimmern stört manchmal die Geräuschkulisse vom gegenüberliegenden Restaurant bzw. startende Autos. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung. Die Endreinigung war entgegen der Info von atraveo inklusive.”
