New flats in a typical stone farmhouse

The property is a typical stone farmhouse set in the countryside around Volta Mantovana, in a small village on a hill about 1.5 kilometres from the town. It is surrounded by greenery and nature in the middle of the moraines south of Lake Garda on the banks of the River Mincio (approx. 500 metres away).

The holiday flats are approx. 45 m² and have a separate entrance. They consist of a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 1.80 m) and a bunk bed (0.80 x 1.80 m) as well as a wardrobe. The bathroom with a small anteroom is equipped with a washbasin, mirror, WC, bidet and shower. The living room has a sofa bed for two people, heating with thermostat and meter, a table with six chairs and an open-plan kitchen. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, crockery, cutlery, tablecloths, tea towels, pots, pans, glasses, espresso maker, electric filter coffee machine, electric oven, four-burner gas hob with electric ignition and sink with drainer.

The complete renovation of part of the farmhouse has created four new flats from the old arcades. They have exposed hardwood beams and overlook the courtyard. There are two flats on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Please note that all four flats are let under this property number and are subject to availability.

Outside, guests can use the large, fenced courtyard as they wish. There are tables, chairs, parasols, a barbecue and a play area with a swing and slide for children. In summer, a small pool is also set up for the children. Unguarded car parking is also available, as well as a travel cot and high chair, Wi-Fi, washing machine and drying rack. Bicycles for adults and children are also provided free of charge. Dogs are allowed, but please do not leave them alone in the flat during your excursions and keep them on a lead. The owner family also lives on the farm, which was built at the beginning of the 19th century. They will be happy to offer you samples of the farm's produce, such as wine, eggs and fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables. To reach the house, you have to walk about 50 metres along a gravel path. A cycle path runs directly in front of the gate of the agriturismo. This can be used to reach the village of Volta Mantovana (2 km) or you can go down to the river and follow it towards Borghetto (6 km), Peschiera (15 km) or Mantua (18 km). Easily accessible and connected by a paved road network, you can reach by car two supermarkets nearby (2 km), restaurant and pizzeria at 500 m, park with swimming pool at 1.5 km, pharmacy and (1.5 km). You will also find a water park at 5 km and the park with botanical garden in Sigurtà and Borghetto at 6 km. Lake Garda with its theme parks such as Gardaland, Movieland, Caneva, Medievaltimes is about 15 km away, Mantua 18 km, and Verona 25 km. Venice is 150 km away and is ideal for a day trip.
