This nicely furnished holiday home is located in Dalmatian hinterland, in the peaceful village Neoric. The house is surrounded by nature. It is positioned on hilly terrain and therefore it is accessed as if you enter a higher ground floor. The house comprises two bedrooms, a modern kitchen and living room, where you can enjoy the company of your loved ones. There is also one bathroom, while the gallery and second toilet are located in the attic. The floors are connected by internal stairs and give the impression of one large open space. The lowest ceiling height in the unit is 0,94 m. The swimming pool with section for children is located at the back of the house. There is also a barbeque with benches, where you can enjoy the sun and the landscape. The third bathroom is situated outside of the house, by the swimming pool.
