Sauna, shower room, toilet, hallway and kitchen furniture remodeled in 2019. In Downstairs living room Samsung 49 inch QLED TV and soundbar / subwoofer with audidigital sound.
Local fishing license included in cottage price (Putroniemi) but in addition the client has to purchase/pay the state's Fisheries management fee by him-/herself.
Free internet access. No ice box in the freezer. Neat round-log cottage on gentle slope. Lawn with planted shrubs. Sunny plot, shore faces south. Motor boat (in the picture) is also included in the price. Clean water comes from the city's water supply network. From spring 2023, a gas grill will also be in use in the open canopy.
