Are you looking for a villa surrounded by greenery, with plenty of opportunities for long walks right on the doorstep of your home and a good local infrastructure at the same time? Then don't look away! In an idyllic location in the middle of the vast landscape of the island's east, the natural stone villa Can Sant welcomes its guests and invites them to relax and enjoy the simple, relaxed life here. The open, terraced areas offer ample opportunity for this and comfortable garden furniture ensures a pleasant and relaxing stay. A small stone wall around the house, wide open spaces and Mediterranean flora round off the picture nicely. And for moments of culinary pleasure, the mobile charcoal barbecue can be rolled up right next to the dining table. Take a seat on warm evenings and enjoy savoury Mediterranean delicacies in peace and quiet. During the day, the 3.50 metre diameter above-ground pool, which can be reached via a ladder, invites you to relax and cool off. It also offers a fantastic view of the surrounding area. If you are looking for something higher, go upstairs and step onto the roof terrace to enjoy the breathtaking view from up there. The carport offers space for up to two hire cars to find a shady parking space.

The bright and cheerful atmosphere continues as you enter the fully tiled and sun-drenched interior. From the terrace, a large door leads you into the hallway and into the living room, which is furnished with a cosy sofa set where you can relax as much as you like. The TV has a satellite connection, so you can always find something good to watch. The kitchen, just around the corner and separated only by a counter, is equipped with everything you need for your daily needs, including a spacious fridge and even a Nespresso coffee machine, so you can make yourself a good hot drink as soon as you wake up and maybe even enjoy it outside in front of the house. The wooden table between the kitchen and living room is perfect for indoor dining. There is also a cosy double bedroom and a bathroom with shower on this floor; the other two bedrooms for two guests each and another bathroom with shower and bath are on the upper floor. The availability of air conditioning and heating makes your stay comfortable even in the cooler months.

Thanks to its favourable location in the eastern part of the island, this villa offers a wide range of excursions and activities to suit all tastes. For example, the weekly market takes place every Monday in Manacor, where you can buy fresh delicacies from the region, and Mallorca's second largest city is also a wonderful place to stroll around and explore. Nature lovers who want to go on long hikes through the region will find plenty of options to choose from. And there are still a few unspoilt beaches on the east coast that are real hidden gems! Porto Cristo is about 15 kilometres away and offers a beautiful beach with a shallow entrance and a lovely promenade. The rustic Villa Can Sant is idyllically situated in the middle of a beautiful Mediterranean landscape, just 10 minutes by car from Manacor. From here you can enjoy wonderful views of the unspoilt natural surroundings. You can easily do your daily shopping in Manacor. The nearby east coast of Mallorca is one of the most picturesque regions of the island; discover beautiful beaches such as Cala Bona, Cala Millor and Sa Coma.

Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party group as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be on arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund.
