Villa Maya is the most romantic property in our portfolio. This small holiday home is situated on a 1,000 m² plot in the midst of unspoilt Mediterranean nature. It offers sensational views of the surrounding countryside and the Mediterranean Sea. Nothing stands in the way of an idyllic holiday for two here.

The small, stone-built property extends over one floor and offers space for two adults and, if required, a baby. In front of it is a large, beautiful covered terrace. The rectangular pool, which is tiled with beautiful mosaic tiles and has a convenient step entrance on one side, is embedded on one side. There are various extremely inviting seating areas around the house. The unique view can be enjoyed from everywhere. Elegant garden furniture, rustic olive trees and other Mediterranean vegetation as well as many lovingly placed details make this place distinctive and exceptionally beautiful. A lush, natural tree population surrounds the villa and makes it possible to find marvellous spots with partial shade here and there. You can certainly enjoy an exclusive idyll here with a good book or a delicious drink in the evening.

The interior of the house provides cosiness and tasteful comfort above all. The extremely comfortable sofas in a lovingly designed, individually decorated corner of the open-plan living/dining/kitchen area invite you to relax. From here you have a fantastic view of the garden.
The TV is also conveniently located here. Meals can be taken at the cosy dining table. If you decide otherwise, you can enjoy it outside when the weather is fine. The small, partially walled kitchen is bright and spacious and has a fridge, oven, hob, microwave and much more. There is also a television; however, it only receives Spanish broadcasts as satellite connections are not permitted in this nature reserve. Subtle colour tones and solid wood ceiling beams harmoniously round off the cosy atmosphere of this main living room. The bedroom welcomes guests in a cosy yet elegant ambience. Warm elements such as the light and wood on the ceiling, windows and furniture create a cosy atmosphere. The fantastic view from the window is also unique. The daylight bathroom is just as modern and functional and decorated in cheerful colours.

The artists' town of Deiá is in the immediate vicinity. Valldemossa with its bars, restaurants and shopping facilities is only about 8 km away, while the beach of Cala Deiá, which is one of the most beautiful bays on the entire west coast of Mallorca, is about 5 km away. As the house is located on a road that connects both towns (Deiá and Valldemossa), everything is within easy reach. The road is recognisable depending on the wind direction. Nevertheless, it remains one of our most sought-after two-person properties.

Villa Maya is one of the best small properties: There are few properties to be found on this exceptionally beautiful stretch of Mallorca's coastline. Villa Maya is a very romantic dream villa for two people, whose location offers a high degree of privacy and meets even the most discerning holiday requirements.
