At Villa Primera, there are no half measures in every respect: if you are the kind of person who likes to pass the time, you will certainly appreciate the pool table equipment. If you enjoy cooking and want to spend as much time as possible in the fresh air during your island holiday, then the luxurious outdoor kitchen with excellent BBQ is sure to score points. It even comes with a couple of wicker chairs so you can relax and cook up some tasty treats on the barbecue. If you look through the window of this semi-open outdoor kitchen, which also has a pool table, you can see the mighty palm trees and the lush greenery of the garden. Plants grow up the outside walls of the house, the vegetation is so varied that you could almost believe you were in a Caribbean park and on top of that you can enjoy the view of the breathtakingly beautiful hilly landscape that surrounds you! The pool with its Greek-style entrance invites you to make yourself comfortable on a few cushions on the tiled poolside and dangle your legs in the water. Or retreat to one of the deckchairs for a short afternoon nap. You can also enjoy a spontaneous game of tennis on the private court, which is available to you between 10 am and 9 pm and is shared by all guests. In the evening, candles and lantern light create a cosy accent in the stylish outdoor area. A further terrace is gradually being planted, transforming the wild nature into a playful architect.

The builder of this stately natural stone villa has done a really good job: The stylishly furnished living room has a cosy seating area, a fireplace, a TV and a DVD and CD player. The dining table seats up to 10 people. The separate kitchen has a fridge, microwave, hob and oven as well as crockery and cooking utensils. A special treat for music lovers is the magnificent grand piano, which stands next to a monastery statue and is just waiting to be played Depending on how virtuosic you are with the instrument, you can fill the rooms with hymn-like sounds in the ivory colours or simply popular nursery rhymes, while enjoying the spacious interior design that radiates freedom. The owners have put together an impressive collection of old lanterns on a roof ledge, so you're sure to see the light if you stay in the living room long enough. The house is also equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. All this makes the beautiful Villa Primera, as the name suggests, a top choice. The house is particularly ideal for families with children. There are a total of three double bedrooms, one with two single beds, two with a double bed and two comfortably furnished bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a shower and bath.

The most beautiful beaches of Mallorca are only a few minutes away by car. We recommend Cala Marcal (8.5 km) in Portocolom and the completely unspoilt Cala Varquez (7 km). Both beaches are beautiful, sandy stretches of coastline with a very gentle, child-friendly slope into the water. If you want to go shopping or out, you can drive to neighbouring Portocolom (7 km). There you will find the largest natural harbour on the island. Nowadays it is mainly used for private boat trips, but there are still many fish restaurants offering an exquisite menu. Cala Murada, 4 km away, is characterised by stately villa estates on extensive, green plots. If you are looking for a livelier place, Felanitx is 12 km away and the lively market hall is well worth a visit on a Sunday morning. The extremely family-friendly Villa Primera is very quietly located in the south of Mallorca: it is just 7 km from the idyllic fishing village of Portocolom, where you can enjoy a lovely walk along the beach and harbour promenade, which offers numerous great bars and restaurants. Or devote yourself to the small sandy coves on the varied east coast, which are arranged like a string of pearls. One of the most beautiful beaches is Cala Varques. Just 8 kilometres away is one of the most beautiful natural sandy beaches in the whole of Mallorca.
