If you want to be surrounded by the gentle lapping of the waves rolling onto the shore day after day during your holiday in Mallorca, this residence is an absolute stroke of luck. It's hard to live closer to the sea with only the unsurfaced promenade separating you from the water. From your private balcony, which is partially covered and can also be shaded with an awning, you have a perfect view of everything, can watch the colourful goings-on on land and on the water and enjoy a cool drink in peace and quiet. And if you fancy a refreshing dip in the huge natural pool, simply climb the few steps from the second floor and down a few more steps and you're already in the cool water.

It's also pleasantly cool inside the air-conditioned holiday apartment. White walls and large floor tiles create a stylish ambience in the living-dining room adjoining the balcony, where there is a cosy sofa and a nice table for six fellow travellers. The flat-screen TV installed on the wall is ready for good entertainment, but will perhaps hardly compete with the beautiful view of the bay of Pollença, which can also be enjoyed indoors. On cool evenings, the spacious fireplace with marble surround, which can be used on request, creates a special atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is located next door and has all the necessary utensils for independent self-catering days. The three cosy bedrooms are located on the other side of the house. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, complete the space on offer in this holiday home on Mallorca, which can be an uncomplicated place to stay in an exclusive location for couples or a family travelling together.

The holiday apartment Voramar on Pinewalk is located in the beautiful north of Mallorca in a prime location right by the sea. From the balcony, you can look out over the beach at your feet and enjoy your privacy at the same time. The house is located on the famous pine promenade of the same name, a pedestrian-only area in the bay of Pollença. Depending on the wind direction, you can recognise the nearby road here and there, which connects you perfectly with various destinations. However, you can easily stroll through the town on foot, shop and visit restaurants.
