This spacious home can accommodate six people and has a private terrace with evergreen artificial grass. Here you will find a dining area and comfortable loungers for long hours in the sun. Those who prefer to sit in the shade can simply head under the parasol or to the covered area right next to the house. And, of course, it is also tempting to take a leisurely stroll to one of the beaches and treat yourself to a cool dip in the Mediterranean.

In terms of accessibility, this holiday home on Mallorca is simply perfect: restaurants, bars, shops and the beaches of Platja de Port de Pollença and Albercutx are all within walking distance. The neighbouring road provides excellent connections to various destinations. On Sunday mornings, it is worth visiting the weekly market in Pollença (approx. 7 km).
