Then Finca Jordi de Cas Concos in the south of Mallorca is the perfect holiday home for you! The property was built on a huge plot in the middle of a beautiful Mediterranean landscape. Here you have endless space and, thanks to the charming design of the outdoor area, plenty of opportunities to retreat. The garden and the many different covered and sunny terrace areas, the beautifully landscaped paths and the cosy patios are heavenly - you won't know where to sit first. If you want to exercise, swim in the pool or play a game of table tennis, then perhaps meet up for a drink at the bar or sit together at the long table and enjoy freshly grilled delicacies and a salad prepared in the outdoor kitchen.

Jordi d Cas Concos is not an off-the-peg finca: it has been individually and originally furnished and designed with great attention to detail. Bright colours, sometimes brightly coloured walls and large-format pictures create a summery flair, while rustic elements such as wooden beams and roughly plastered ceilings emphasise the rural character. On the ground floor, in addition to the entrance area and a large living room with two sofas, there are many other cosy seating areas, such as various brick benches with comfy cushions. You can feast together at the table in the dining room. You can prepare your meals in the chic, sunny yellow kitchen next door. Here, too, you will find a brick bench around a pretty glass table, so you can enjoy breakfast together. A total of three spacious double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom, and two further modern bathrooms round off the living comfort on the ground floor, while two further bedrooms with en suite bathrooms await you on the upper floor. In a second building, there is a further double bedroom with en suite bathroom, which is accessible from the outside, so that the group living here is completely independent. The finca also has a guest house with two further bedrooms, which can be rented out on request.

The landscape around your finca is very green, typically Mediterranean and invites you to take long walks. Cas Concos des Cavaller, on the other hand, is only 3.9 km away by car along the audible road. You won't find any special sights here, but the idyllic village with its hills reminiscent of Tuscany is considered a place of longing by many German Mallorca lovers, some of whom have bought exclusive holiday homes in the pleasantly quiet area over the years. Shopping is best done in the neighbouring village of Felanitx, which is also just 4.5 km from your home. Be sure to try the delicious capers grown around the town and don't miss out on the excellent regional wines Felanitx is the centre of the second largest wine-growing region on the island. For a beach excursion, you are spoilt for choice between the various enchanting bays of Cala Gran, Cala d'Or, Cala Sa Nau and Cala Esmeralda, all of which are just over 11 km away. Situated in the middle of a beautiful landscape, the finca estate Jordi de Cas Concos, which consists of several buildings, not only scores with a lot of privacy, but also with a wonderfully large plot and a paradisiacal garden full of retreats. Various covered and sunny terrace areas invite you to linger, the pool offers welcome refreshment and right next door you can enjoy a cool drink at the bar. Cala Gran beach is just over 11 km away by car and the town of Felanitx is only 4.5 km away.
