If you have a soft spot for towns full of character, the medieval town of Artà will quickly enchant you. This townhouse is located in the centre of the legendary alleyways that give this place its unmistakable charm. And at the same time, a small, lovingly landscaped garden awaits you with gnarled trees and wind chimes hanging from the branches, transforming the gentle island breeze into a wonderful melody. There is plenty of seating to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of this special place. Quarry stone walls, reminiscent of an enchanted monastery, surround the garden and convey a feeling of security, which is also felt when entering the Mediterranean courtyard. The strong blue and white tones and warm lighting are responsible for this - a perfect feel-good area to reflect on the experiences of the day in the evening. A staircase leads up to a terrace from where you can enjoy a remarkable view.

The rooms of the house are furnished in typical Mallorcan style, whereby the owners have paid attention to a discreet and pleasant style. As you walk through the hallway, you will pass the first double bedroom and attractively decorated furniture before reaching the staircase, which is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a fireplace, making it ideal for winding down the evening with a good film. If you turn right from here, you will find yourself in the dining room. Turn left again and you are in the white, cosy kitchen, where there is another table for cooking. Sturdy branches are attached to the ceiling, creating a particularly natural flair. If you take the stairs to the upper floor, you will pass one of the bathrooms. On the first floor you will find a small, separate studio area. There is also a double bedroom with its own bathroom and two further double bedrooms. If you continue up the stairs, you will reach the second floor, which not only offers an additional living room including TV and a harmonious lighting concept, but also two further bedrooms with the popular bonus en-suite bathroom. All rooms have their own unique character, some of them have partially exposed quarry stone walls, which gives the rooms a particularly authentic atmosphere.

Day after day, you can open the door and find yourself surrounded by the lively atmosphere of the artists' town of Artà. This means that the street that runs right past the house may be audible. Narrow alleyways wind their way up to the Calvary, the town's landmark. From here you can enjoy a marvellous view of the surrounding landscape, which offers a wide range of possibilities: The Via Verde railway trail is particularly recommended. You can also hire a bike for this excursion. The stalactite caves at Canyamel are a wildly romantic sight. Afterwards, you will be spoilt for choice between various white sandy beaches on the east coast, such as Calas Torta or Platja de son Moll, 10 km away. Thanks to its quaint alleyways, the mountain village of Artà is a gem where you can still feel the island's eventful history. This charming, completely renovated townhouse is located right in the centre, with an inner courtyard that provides shade on hot days. From the garden, you can see the Sant Salvador monastery nestled on the hillside. The east coast is dotted with exceptionally attractive sandy coves. The hiking area around Colònia de Sant Pere and Betlem is perfect for unforgettable tours.
