The combined living and dining room with TV is a cosy communal area for relaxing and eating together indoors. From here there is direct access to the balcony. In the spacious, fully equipped kitchen, self-catering is easily possible if required. There is even space for an additional table. And you can also step directly onto the balcony from this room. This also applies to the three bedrooms, one of which has its own shower room. A further bathroom with shower completes the rooms. The hot/cold air conditioning makes Atico Roger de Flor suitable for comfortable stays all year round.

The holiday apartment Atico Roger de Flor is located in the centre of Port de Pollença and has an excellent infrastructure: restaurants, shops and beaches are all within easy walking distance. In Pollença (just over 7 km) you can enjoy a lovely weekly market on Sundays.
