Three bright and comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms are located on the first floor. One bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other two have a double bed, which can be split into two single beds in one of the rooms if required, and use the bathroom on the upper floor. Two rooms have access to the terrace. On the ground floor you will find another air-conditioned bedroom with a bed for one person, which can be converted into a double bed if required, thus offering the possibility of accommodating another person. There is also another bathroom, a living room with TV and fireplace, which is connected to the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The entire space is air-conditioned. From the living room you have access to the garden where you will find a swimming pool and sun loungers where you can relax and enjoy the warm Dalmatian sun. Next to the house there is a terrace with a dining table where you can enjoy with family and friends the dishes you have prepared on the barbecue, which is also at your disposal. For guests looking for an active holiday, there is a table tennis table and a basketball hoop. The property is fully fenced and has a private car park for 4 cars. The Paman Channel is known for its extremely clean sea due to the sea currents in the area. The nearest beaches are just a short walk from the villa. Paman is a great choice for fans of extreme sports and cyclists, offering a great way to explore the natural beauty of this island. We also recommend you to visit nearby towns such as Zadar, Nin or ibenik. If you are in Zadar, visit the Church of St Donat, Greeting to the Sun and Sea Organ. In Nin you will find beautiful sandy beaches, a salt pan and healing mud. Visit the amusement park in Biograd, and if you are a nature lover, don't miss a trip to the Vrana Lake Nature Park and the Kornati, Krka or Paklenica National Parks.
