For the ultimate contemporary getaway and holiday on the Adriatic, look no further than Villa Ava, located in Novigrad near Zadar. This modern villa in Novigrad offers plenty of opportunities for complete relaxation and forgetting life at home. This sumptuous building on a total of three floors, sheltered for complete privacy, offers pleasure without distraction, and the interior and exterior facilities are full of modern conveniences for an extremely pleasant stay for adults and children on a total of 1,000 square metres. The interior and exterior are carefully decorated with stylish design and timeless elegance, resulting in a peaceful feeling of space. One of the favourite features of this villa is the fact that the spaces inside and outside ideally communicate with each other and with all their modern and functional conveniences they form a most pleasant whole.

On the top floor, there are two spacious, bright, modernly decorated bedrooms with attached en-suite bathrooms of luxurious design with bathtubs and walk-in showers, one of which has its own terrace with accompanying facilities for relaxation. Next to the rooms there is also a corner for relaxation and reading with a massage chair.

The middle floor consists of a spacious, modernly decorated living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and below, a wellness oasis with a Finnish sauna and a relaxation zone with access to part of the terrace with a jacuzzi. From the living room there is an exit to a spacious terrace with a view of the sea and the Velebit mountain, and the terrace is closed with an outdoor stone grill.

The lower floor is the final combination of the sports and recreation zone and the zone of hedonism and entertainment on the outside and inside. Namely, in the inner part there is a tavern with a covered outdoor kitchen and dining room, then indoor and outdoor showers, an area with a massage table, a gaming room with a PlayStation, another room with table football and darts, and a gym in front of which there is a projector for a summer cinema experience.

All of this is followed by a large courtyard area with a beautiful pearly white swimming pool, from which you can enjoy a view of the entire landscape and the Novigrad Sea, as well as the associated tennis court made of artificial grass. On the tennis court there are also other sports facilities for football and basketball.
