Cozy 3.5 room flat located on the first floor of an apartmenthouse in a quiet area. Garate with parking space. Magnificent view over Bernina Gruppe. Large garden with fireplace and sunbathing lawn. Spacious living room with TV, radio and telefone. 1 double bed-room, 1 three-bad room with bunk bed. Bathroom with bath, shower and wc. Eat in kitchen with corner seat, electric range, dishwasher, and fridge. Balcony/winter garden. 3 minutes walk from bus Stopp, 10 minutes walk from train station.

Normal water consumption, lighting and electricity for cooking are included in the fixed price. Access to the internet is free. The tenant undertakes to keep the flat clean. Cookware and crockery must be left clean for the next tenant. Furniture and other fittings must be treated with care. Technical installations may not be tampered with. Damage must be reported to the caretaker. Appropriate compensation must be made to the owner. Articles missing from the inventory will be charged to the tenant in full. Radiators may not be set to zero if there is any risk of frost. The owner accepts no liability for the effects and articles brought by the tenant. The holiday home may not be occupied by more than 5 persons. Subletting is not permitted. The tenant undertakes to comply with the attached house rules.
