    “Zur Lage: Die Anlage liegt zwar nur 200 m vom Strand entfernt, jedoch auch fast direkt an der Nationalstraße, die sehr befahren ist.Zum Zustand: Die Anlage ist doch schon in die Jahre gekommen, und nur in Stand gehalten worden.
    Die Ausstattung ist dürftig, die Küchenausstattung minimal, Töpfe und Pfanne nahezu unbrauchbar (dermaßen verbogen, dass sie auf dem E-Herd kaum Kontakt zur Heizplatte haben).Viele Dinge sind kaputt (Lampen, Schalter, Terrassentüren).
    Eine Renovierung und Überarbeitung der Ausstattung ist dringend notwendig.Es gab keinen Brötchen- bzw.     “Die Lage der Wohnung zum Meer ist ideal, dafür die Entfernung zur Hauptstraße etwas gering (ca. 150m) so dass stets Autolärm zu hören war. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, Küche neuwertig, das Bad muffelte manchmal etwas. Die Außenanlage und der Pool sind traumhaft. Die Vermieter nett und freundlich, unsere Tochter hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.”
