Nido Cicciarolla - Old Luxury Lamia in Ostuni
The lamia: The LAMIA was refurbished in typical Apulian style, that is not only “construction work”, but it is a true art of recovering and upcicling pieces of history, in order to integrate them perfectly to the touristic and residential purposes.
Visible vaults, whitewashing with quicklime, cement tiles, flooring and bathrooms made in sustainable cocciopesto (earthenware coatings), local ceramic and fabric. Everything was arranged for those who wish to enjoy the beauty of nature and unwind in contact with the environment and the scents of the Mediterranean scrub.
The property features an open-space living room with a loft, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. LIVING ROOM with loft – sofa, dining-table, TV KITCHEN induction cooktop, fridge, dishwasher, oven and micro-wave oven BATHROOMS 2 private bathrooms with shower BEDROOMS 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is open-space in the loft and has two twin beds, while the main bedroom has its ensuite bathroom and double bed. AIRCONDITIONING hot/cold air conditioning Exteriors: Guest can enjoy relaxing on a PANORAMIC TERRACE with a view on Ostuni, on the seaside and vegetable sculptures olives.
The terrace is furnished to enjoy suset in complete relax. Immersed in the green of olive trees and the typical Mediterranean vegetation, there is the BIANCA-PISCINA infinity pool.
The pool has a salt filtration system and it is surrounded by white flooring realized with eco-friendly building materials, that guarantee transpiration to sunheat.
The DEHORS is completed by a gazebo with wooden beams and cane covering, and furnished with table and benches made with olive wood (built recovering the wood of olives damaged by Xylella), an outdoor kitchen for barbecue and with gas. GARDEN Traditionally Mediterranean.
The outdoor area is enriched with aloe, prickley pear, bougainvillea, lantanas, jasmine, aromatic herbs and a little vegetable garden, figs and a young orchard. These scents will bring you immediately in the atmosphere of a relaxing and elegant Summer holiday in Puglia.
