Just 5 minutes by car from Zell am See, you can enjoy close proximity to the Ebenberg ski lift (5 km) and the prestigious Zell am See-Kaprun golf course (8.2 km). You are also close to the village of Kaprun with its fascinating nature and history, including the impressive Kitzsteinhorn glacier.
The Tauern Spa Zell am See-Kaprun can also be reached in just 15 minutes by car. The nearest bus stop, Thumersbach Bellevue, is 500 metres away, and Salzburg Airport is around 80 km away.

This beautiful apartment is located on the ground floor of the Residenz Bellevue and features a terrace with a garden. It has two bedrooms with double beds and one single sofa bed each, as well as another room with a bunk bed (approximately 70 cm wide x 157 cm long), which is ideal for two smaller children. The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people. The spacious living room includes a large dining table, an open designer kitchen, and a comfortable seating area. Additionally, there are two bathrooms with showers and toilets.

The final cleaning is extra to pay Euro 163,- per stay.
