Holiday apartment only few meters from the beach

The house is located in Pješčana Uvala, a charming residential area of family homes, just 2.5 km from the historic center of Pula—a city with over 3,000 years of rich history.

During the summer season, Pula hosts a variety of cultural events, including concerts, performances, festivals, exhibitions, and local fairs, many of which take place at ancient landmarks such as the Colosseum and town squares.

Pješčana Uvala is named after its beautiful pebbly beach, making it a perfect destination for families.     “Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Werden sicher wieder mal dort hin kommen. Positiv: Ganz einfache und freundliche Abwicklung mit den Vermietern. Schöner ruhiger Ort für den Urlaub und doch sehr zentral gelegen. Restaurant: Restaurant skuza - Direkt am Meer gelegen. Gut zu essen. Freundliche Bedienung Ausflüge: Stadt Pula - Schöne historische sehenswerte Stadt. Schöner Markt und gute Restaurants”

    “Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und befindet sich in einem guten Zustand. Zwei Duschmöglichkeiten fanden wir angenehm. Die Lage ist ruhig und entspannend. Der Strand ist in 100 schritten erreichbar. Für Familien mit kleinen Kinder ideal. Uns hat es sehr gefallen!”

    “Die Ferienwohnung liegt absolut toll. Zum kleinen Strand in der Bucht sind es keine 100 Meter. Ein Basketballplatz vor dem Haus ist kostenlos verfügbar und wurde von uns auch häufig genutzt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut (Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Gasherd). Auch alle übrigen Zimmer sind in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand und mit relativ neuen Möbeln ausgestattet. Einziges Manko: Die Wohnung liegt Parterre, so dass wir mit diversen kriechenden Insekten zu tun hatten. Im Bad meiner Töchter fand sich u.a. ein kleiner Skorpion, wie sie in der Mittelmeerregion häufig vorkommen. Trotzdem würden wir die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.”

    “Die Wohnung war schön groß und gut geschnitten. Die Küchen-Ausstattung könnte noch um einen Dosenöffner und einen Korkenzieher erweitert werden ;-) Ansonsten war alles da, was man braucht.”
