Cosy Apartment in Peramola with Private Parking and Excellent Views

house and surroundings Property consisting of two apartments sleeping 4-5 situated on the outskirts of the small town of Peramola in the south of the Pyrenees region of Alt Urgell. The property has a communal garden with a large porch divided into two areas, one with table tennis and the other with a brick barbecue and bench. Next to the porch a children’s play area (swings, see-saw etc.). In town there is a large public swimming pool just five minutes walk from the apartments. The owners welcome their guests with a variety of local food products according to the season. accommodation Cosy apartment situated on the first floor of the building. There is a living/ dining-room with TV. Opposite, the kitchen features gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom and a bathroom. The apartment has a pleasant terrace with table and chairs, and excellent views over the surrounding countryside. Central heating and washing machine. things to do Opportunity to visit the owner’s farm which includes cattle and hens (children are welcome to collect eggs). For the children there is also a small allotment where they are welcome to plant their own flowers/ plants. The area offers plenty of possibilities for excursions through the neighbouring mountains. At the house you will find all the necessary information for marked routes. The owners also offer the possibility of renting bicycles. In addition there is also a wide range of cultural visits in the area. The region of Alt Urgell is home to the greatest collection of Romanesque heritage in all the province of Lleida (Worth mentioning are the church of Sant Climent in Coll de Nargó, Sant Román in Valldarques and the numerous Romanesque hermitages in the neighbouring Baronia de Rialb).
