Holiday House in Pula with Private Parking

The house is located in a quiet and isolated environment. It is ideal for a safe stay with family and children. The nearest beach is approximately 5 km away, to Pula city centre it's only approximately 3 km. The villa is in a perfect location to enjoy a vacation with much relaxation, in a rural atmosphere and safe neighborhood.

The fully air conditioned, two-storey villa features four bedrooms and can accommodate eight persons. Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed each (180 x 200 cm and 160 x 200 cm), bedroom Nr. 3 has two 90 x 200 cm single beds (can be pushed together to make a double bed) and there is a sofa bed for two more persons in the fourth bedroom. One of the two modern bathrooms has a bath tub, the second one has a walk in shower. The separate guest toilet with a washing machine offers additional comfort. The fully equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher, Ceran cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. WLAN is available throughout the property. Netflix is also available. Discover the happiness of grilling with a gas grill.

Your private large swimming pool provides plenty of privacy. It is surrounded by sun loungers and a sun shade. On the upper floor there is a spacious balcony with lovely views. The sunny terrace next to the pool has a dining table with chairs and barbecue facilities. A spacious lawn offers an area for children to play. Private parking for 3 cars is also available.

    “Wunderschönes Haus, das exakt so aussieht wie auf den Bildern. Die Vermieter sind super nett und wirklich bemüht. Bei uns ging die Spülmaschine leider nicht mehr, er hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und eine neue besorgt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.”
