The sea, the sun and this pretty semi-detached vacation home 300m from a huge sandy beach. Discover this beautiful villa in Canet-en-Roussillon, 5 km from the beach of St Cyprien, ideally located between Leucate and Argelès in the Pyrénées-Orientales. The cottage is beautiful and well located in a quiet residential area, close to all amenities (1 km) and the Mediterranean Sea. Take the time to walk in the center of this pleasant seaside resort. This house offers 2 double bedrooms, an extra bed and a crib, as well as 2 uncovered terraces. Canet is a 9 km long beach classified for its water quality. You can do a lot of things here: Kitesurfing, kayaking, paddling or jet skiing , restaurants, cafes and nightclubs.Here nature lovers will be delighted and will be able to discover unspoiled places in this beautiful coastal region: Canet pond surrounds a route , with observation posts and fishing huts. Stroll through vineyards, old villages, take a short tasting break, admire the marina. Drive to Collioure, Port Vendres, Banyuls or to Spain. The staircase leads somewhat steeply to the second floor and the second bedroom with direct access to the 16 m² terrace. Large free parking in the residence, 10m.

    “Die Terrasse und der Balkon sind wirklich gut. Von nahezu allen Zimmern hat man Zugang zu Terrasse oder Balkon. Die Ruhe in der Vorsaison, einfach fantastisch. Und das trotz der Nähe zum Ortskern. Diese Faktoren haben die Ausstattung der Küche und des Bades relativiert. Die Küche war zweckdienlich aber fast schon schäbig. Wer mit 4 Personen das Bad teilen muss,hat Probleme mit dem Platz. Außer einem kleinen Schrank unter einem sehr kleinen Becken gibt es keine Abstellmöglichkeiten. Im Sommer, wenn man sich ausnahmslos im Freien aufhält, ist das Haus ausreichend und von der Lage her sogar empfehlenswert. Wenn man sich drinnen aufhalten muss ist es , unserer Meinung nach, absolut nicht empfehlenswert.
