Cozy apartment on the second floor of a two-family house in Casarza Ligure, in the green hinterland and only 7 km from the beaches and the beautiful Ligurian sea. On the terrace you can eat and enjoy the beautiful sunset in the hills. The ideal place to relax in the silence of nature and to visit all the main tourist destinations of the Riviera di Levante. Only 4 km away is the railroad station: from here you can reach the Cinque Terre Natural Park and World Heritage Site (40 km), Sestri Levante (6 km), Portofino (35 km) and Genoa (50 km) with the second largest aquarium in Europe and the rich medieval old town. Numerous activities in the area: horseback riding, fishing, hiking trails, cycling and mountain biking, hiking trails to the Cinque Terre, excursions to Lago Bargone, hiking trails to Punta Manara (6 km). And in only 26 km you can reach Varese Ligure, Europe's first municipality to obtain the organic certificate. In Tavarone (18 km), the tourist and sports center, there is an adventure park, cableway, children's playground, riding stable, bocce court, tennis, soccer, a farm, and several agroturistic farms where you can taste the local products. The cottage is surrounded by a fenced plot with rose garden, vegetable garden, plants and flowers. A parking place is available on the property. On request and for a fee, the following additional services are available: family excursions with tastings in Genoa, excursions to Cinque Terre, Riviera di Levante, Portofino and San Fruttuoso, urban trekking in Genoa or naturalistic excursions to Cinque Terre and Portofino, excursions to Noli and Finalborgo, horseback riding, boat excursions, food personal shopper, private transfer, motorboat and rubber dinghy rental, car rental or private driver. Additional services at the vacation property: cooking lessons, tasting of typical products (wine, olive oil, focaccia, pesto, etc.), babysitting, children's entertainment, dog-sitting, organization of events and birthdays, Italian courses, tasting lessons.
