This house is located in the countryside of the Marche (Polverigi, in the province of Ancona). The enclosed garden of 5000m2 has lots of trees and is equipped with play equipment such as; a swing and a trampoline. Although the house is close to the house of the owner you still have enough privacy. It is cool and quiet, ideal for a family.

The house has a garden with barbecue, garden furniture, trees and a beautiful view of the hills. The house has a living room with dining area and a spacious kitchen with all convenience features, such as an oven and dishwasher. In the single room there is a spacious loft with a desk and also above the living and dining room there is a loft. In the storage room there is a washing machine.
