This beautiful villa is located about 3.5 kilometres from Cómpeta.Spacious villa surrounded by vineyards, palm trees, a garden, a sun terrace, an outdoor kitchen and a pool; enjoy the peace and quiet and explore the Mediterranean surroundings. Enjoy views from the mountains to the ocean

The 180 m² finca offers lots of space and beautiful furnishings. The living room is furnished with a cosy sectional, a satellite television and a fireplace. Relax and enjoy the beautiful views. Adjacent is the fully loaded kitchen. It offers a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a toaster, a washing machine and more. The dining table lets you enjoy your meals together, while admiring the views of the mountains. There are three separate bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, the third bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The two bathrooms each boast a shower and a toilet.

Enjoy the peace and quiet here. Relax in the large garden, on the sun patio or take a dip in the private 5 x 2.5 m pool after a barbecue. Come here and relax. Enjoy the beautiful views of the Sierra Almirija and the Med.

The drive to the finca is on a solid road, except for the last 800 meters; the finca is accessible by an ordinary car. Towels and bedding are supplied. Pool and beach towels are not provided. The central heating can be used (fee based).

Competa offers everything: several small supermarkets, a bakery, a green grocer, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, medical care, a dentist, internet cafes, souvenir shops and tourist information centres. It is 18 km to Torre del Mar, a fishing village with a beach walk and tapas bars. It is 28 km to Nerja. This destination is an outdoor lover's paradise: hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, ATV and Jeep tours - the choice is yours.

    “Ein sehr saubereres und gepflegtes Haus, die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und auf Nachfrage haben wir auch noch Moskitonetze bekommen, da die Mücken sehr gierig waren ;-( Alles vorhanden in der Küche, man muss sich nur mit allem Essbaren und eventuell Tuppersachen usw.... ausstatten, aber alles gut. Die Terrasse mit Poll wundervoll und der Ausblick gigantisch. Mit der Zufahrt ist so eine Sache. Wir wussten vorher nicht das es 16 Km Serpentienen zum Haus aus geht von der Autobahn aus, aber nach mehrmaligen Fahren konnte man das denn auch schon. Wir empfehlen das Hauis sehr gerne, weil die Betreuung auch sehr gut war, man musste nur sofort anrufen und dann kam Antonio und hazt geholfen. Alles im allem ein gelungener und sehr erholsamer Urlaub.”
