The Apartments are located in the heart of the tourist part of Dubrovnik named Lapad (majority of Dubrovnik's hotels are located in this area: Hotel Uvala, Hotel Dubrovnik Palace, Hotel Park, etc. ). In the circle of the 100 meters, there are all that you may need, including main city beaches, shopping center with a big food store, post office, hospital, tennis courts, walking area with a lot of small cafe bars and a good variety of restaurants.
When you're ready to venture out, Dubrovnik Luxury Apartments are conveniently located 10-15 minutes from Old town attractions-including forest tours, sun-kissed beaches (surfing, anyone?), and, of course, beautiful Lapad promenade. This apartment is on the second floor and can accommodate four people. It has a stylish décor and the interior is of a high standard. The accommodation has been awarded four stars and provides a spacious living and dining room with a fully-equipped kitchen unit, a dining table with chairs and a sofa bed for two people. The lower floor of the apartment also has a bathroom with a shower. Stairs lead to the bedroom with an adjoining bathroom, which also has a shower. The bedroom is furnished with a French bed (160 x 200cm). Of course air conditioning (cool/warm) is available. Satellite TV, wireless Internet access and a washing machine are also provided.

In front of the apartment building there is a bus stop and there is a bus every 15 to 20 minutes to the old town. Within 150 metres there are beaches, shopping facilities, a post office, a tennis court, cafés, bars and many restaurants, as well as the Lapad Promenade. Many hotels within a five-minute walk have swimming pools and fitness rooms.
