Comfortably furnished holiday apartment with a private terrace, within walking distance of the beach

This spacious 60m² holiday apartment with its own separate entrance is in a convenient location, just outside the little village of Okrug Gronji on the west coast of the sunny island of Ciovo on the Adriatic, by the central Dalmatian coast. It is ideal accommodation for a relaxed and sunny holiday by the sea, far away from tourist noise, for enjoying the gastronomy and hospitality of the island.

The living room opens directly onto the private terrace with modern seating and a table, as well as an awning for pleasant, cool shade. The garden area right in front of the house is shared with the apartments on the ground floor and on the second floor, which are occupied by the owner’s aunts in the summer. The barbecue invites you to spend long, leisurely evenings under the starry sky. Secure and free parking spaces are available right in front of the building.

Your holiday apartment occupies the first floor of a three-storey family house and provides a living and dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The air-conditioned living room has a comfortable sofa, satellite TV with a USB port, a radio and a dining table with four chairs. Next to it the built-in kitchen comprises a four-zone gas stove, an electric oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster and even a washing machine. One of the two bedrooms has a 160 x 200cm double bed, while the second has two beds measuring 90 x 190cm. Both bedrooms have bedside tables, reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed (180 x 190cm). The daylight bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer, a toilet and a washing machine. There is a free and reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment.

Your holiday apartment is only about 100 metres from the sea with crystal clear water. A narrow path leads right past the apartment, leading to a little boat jetty just a few minutes away. The nearest café is just 50 metres away. There is a sandy beach about 1km away. It is about 3km to the village centre of Okrug Gornji with a good selection of shops, colourful markets, cafés and restaurants.
