Modern apartment on two floors with a balcony and a wood-burning stove

The newly opened Lalewa apartment with a modern interior is on two floors, providing a total of around 150m² of living space.

The apartment has three bedrooms with double beds and a three-bed room with a washbasin. Apart from two of the double bedrooms, the bedrooms have satellite TV and balconies. The sleeping area has two separate shower rooms and a separate WC. There is also a bathroom with a corner bath. The open living room on the upper floor measures around 50m². It has a fully-equipped kitchen, including a sitting corner and a wood-burning stove with a heated bench by it for cosy hours in the evening. There is a separate balcony by the living room. Two parking spaces are available.
