The 57m² flat is located on the 2nd floor in the "Strandpark Großenbrode" complex. You can easily reach it via the lift.
A car parking space is allocated to this flat and can be used at no extra cost. The car park is located directly at the front door, so there is no need to carry suitcases.
The light-flooded living area is cosy and lovingly furnished. You can spend pleasant evenings there. In winter, the wood-burning stove and a glass of wine add a touch of romance.
In the flat you will find a collection of games, DVDs and books that are waiting to be used by you.
You can not only watch TV on the large television but also select various music stations.
The open-plan kitchen area is equipped with a fitted kitchen that is stocked with everything you need for everyday life. There is a coffee machine and alternatively a Senseo pod machine in the flat. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery. There is even a waffle iron so that younger guests can also get their money's worth. The dishwasher is available to help you clean the crockery.
The large master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed (180*200cm). There is also a spacious built-in wardrobe, which will certainly provide enough space for your clothes. The 2nd television is located in the bedroom.
In the children's room there is a bunk bed for two people (90*200cm). A travel cot with extra mattress can also be used free of charge, as these are located in the flat and can be set up if required.
In addition to the large shower cubicle, the wellness bathroom also has its own sauna. A washing machine is also available here free of charge. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom, which radiates a pleasant warmth on cold days.
On the balcony, which is furnished with a table and chairs, you can have breakfast in the morning sunshine and enjoy the fresh air.
There is a lockable parking space in the bike shed for the bicycles you have brought with you. You can also use this at no extra charge.
The sandy beach approx. 100 metres away will not only delight you, but also your children. The gently sloping sandy beach is ideal for little bathers, as are the playgrounds on the beach. The private beach chair can also be used free of charge (period May-October).
You are welcome to bring your dog, for which a one-off fee of € 25.00 is payable. In the high season your dog can let off steam on the west beach and enjoy long walks.
Electricity and water costs are included in the rental price.

The costs for the linen package, final cleaning, visitor's tax and the deposit will be paid on site at the rental office when the keys are handed over.
You will receive further information about the key handover and directions from the local rental office approximately one week before arrival.
