Our apartment is located on a quiet sunny slope in Verscio with beautiful views of nature. The 2 1/2 room apartment is divided on 2 floors and has 2 garden terraces directly accessible from the 1st and 2nd floor.On the first floor you will find the living room with kitchen, toilet and exit to the garden to the grape pergola with barbecue. Above the living room there is an open gallery with 2 single beds for children. The apartment is very suitable for 2 adults, plus 2 children.A spiral staircase leads down to the double bedroom and shower room with toilet. From the bedroom you have access to a small sunny garden.Parking is about 200 meters from the apartment. On arrival we will give you a parking voucher so you can park for free. To unpack you can of course park the car for a moment at the house.Verscio is 6 km far from Locarno and Ascona. You can easily reach the village by train, in 3 minutes on foot you are at the station. Verscio is very famous for the theater Dimitri. Good starting point to the valleys for hikers and cyclists. In summer the beautiful sandy beaches tempt you for a refreshing swim.We rent the apartment from the month of October to mid-March (excluding Christmas/New Year) also monthly at a very reasonable price.Nearby sports facilities: Fishing, Golf course, Climbing, Bike tours, Skiing (alpin), TennisType of property:
