The beautiful farmhouse Can Boleno is located in the south of Mallorca. It is surrounded by a 35,000 m² plot of land. From the spacious, covered terrace by the house, you have a good view of the lovingly designed pool landscape. In addition to the sensational 20 x 5 metre main pool, there is a second, smaller pool. There are numerous cosy seating and lounging areas around the main pool, such as day beds, comfortable hanging chairs and stylish lounge furniture for relaxing in the sun or shade. There is also a mobile barbecue, an outdoor shower and a table tennis table. The occasionally audible road between Llucmajor and Campos is approx. 400 metres away and offers a convenient way to get to the beautiful sandy beaches of Es Trenc and Sa Rápita in a short time.
The interior of this wonderful holiday home on two floors is tastefully furnished to a high standard. Large sliding glass doors provide easy access from the living room and kitchen to the covered terrace. You are welcome to enjoy your meals in the cosy, open-plan dining room or in the spacious country-style kitchen. There are also four double bedrooms on the ground floor. They each have their own bathroom and access to the outside. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the small pool. The upper floor is entirely dedicated to a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to a beautiful breakfast terrace with views of the idyllic countryside. The entire country house is equipped with air conditioning and heating and offers ideal conditions for comfortable home office working. The holiday home enjoys a secluded rural location, about 10 minutes by car from Llucmajor and Campos. Both towns offer good shopping facilities and restaurants. The beautiful sandy beaches of Es Trenc and Sa Rápita are less than 20 minutes away by car. The Son Antem golf course is 13 km away.
