One of two wooden holiday homes which, together with another holiday home (DZV934), are located separately on the approximately 1,400 square metre leisure property on the outskirts of the town of Waren. The property is completely fenced in. There are bicycle storage facilities, a barbecue, a sunbathing lawn on the property, insect screens on the windows, free WiFi, a terrace, a car park and a carport. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
Final cleaning, water and energy consumption are included in the total price. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or hire them on site. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. One small dog up to a size of 40 cm is permitted in this accommodation.

The approx. 30 m² wooden house with adjustable electric heating has a combined living room and bedroom (corner sofa, flat-screen TV, radio/CD player, 2 single beds) with an open-plan kitchen area (2-ring hob, fridge with freezer). Various small kitchen appliances), a bathroom (shower/WC, underfloor heating) and a covered, furnished terrace.
To be paid on site: Tourist tax, bed linen and towels on request.
Pets: The property is completely fenced. Pets must be kept on a lead on the property.

The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with passenger shipping, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Motorway access approx. 25 km.
