The simple air-conditioned studio apartment of 18 m2 is located on the ground floor of a family house, surrounded by greenery, with a terrace overlooking the garden. The area is quiet, ideal for those who wish to spend a relaxing holiday. The well-known sandy beach of Zambratija is only 300 m away, easily reachable on foot, the grocery store is 200 m away. Ideal accommodation for couples who want a regenerating break.

Welcome to our modest studio apartment on the ground floor of a family house located in Zambratija, a charming fishing village near Umag.

This simple but comfortable accommodation is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. You will find a comfortable double bed (140x190), a night lamp, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a dining table with two chairs. The air conditioning will guarantee you a pleasant climate throughout your stay. The narrow kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a fridge, a kettle, a coffee machine and a washing machine.

The bathroom has a shower, a sink with mirror, a toilet, a hairdryer and an outside window for good ventilation. Bed linen and towels are provided and will be changed weekly for your comfort.

You can enjoy relaxing moments on the terrace, furnished with a table and two chairs, and admire the view of the surrounding garden. It is ideal for enjoying a delicious breakfast in the morning or sipping a glass of Istrian wine in the evening.

Free parking in front of the house will offer you convenience and tranquility during your stay.

* The owners with a docile dog live in the same house on the first floor.

* Pets (max. 1) up to 10 kg are allowed upon prior request with a daily supplement payable on arrival in cash.

* Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside.

* We ask our kind guests:

- to respect neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest,
- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation,
- to use the accommodation equipment with caution,
- to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to agree on the collection of the keys.

* The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am on the last day of stay.

To spend summer evenings away from home, restaurants and bars are very close. The apartment is located in Zambratija, a small fishing village full of excellent restaurants offering a wide choice of fish-based menus. The area is unique for its well-equipped sandy beach ideal for children where you can rent deck chairs and umbrellas. The Destino bar on the beach is excellent for spending the evenings relaxing while admiring the sea and the wonderful sunsets while enjoying the delicious drinks from the bar. The small grocery store with the adjacent bar is excellent for having your morning coffee. The area offers the possibility of taking walks along the sea or cycling. The location is quiet and sunny, only 5 km away from the center of Umag. In the surrounding area there are various sports facilities, excellent restaurants with fish-based menus, pizzerias and beach bars.
