Baker, butcher, supermarket and restaurants are within 200 m. The little train station is right behind the house. This gets you to Cannes in 7 minutes and Nice airport in 30 minutes. Parking is free in front of the house.The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with separate toilet. There are fans in all bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. There are beach chairs and 2 bicycles. The house is non - smoking Details- It is located next to Cannes' quiet railway line, the trains do not run in the evening after 10pm.- The house is not very suitable for toddlers because of the stairs.
