Dear guests,
you will find our holiday apartment in the middle of the Eifel in the center of Nettersheim - directly on the Eifelsteig. It was badly affected by the flood in summer 2021, like many other houses in Urft, Erft and in the Ahr valley. In the two years that followed, it was painstakingly rebuilt with great attention to detail.
Our holiday apartment "a Bäckesch 17" can accommodate up to 6 people and includes a fully furnished and equipped apartment including a washing machine, parking space and WiFi. Our apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed and a second bedroom with a single bed.

Furthermore, there is the possibility for two more people to use the sofa bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped.

Bed linen and towels available.

In the bathroom you will find a spacious walk-in shower and a washing machine. There are opportunities to dry your laundry outside of the apartment.

The apartment is also equipped with a large flat-screen TV and WiFi.

Parking and storage for bicycles are available in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

Final cleaning and additional costs are included in the price.

Day 4: Transfer to Mirbach - hike stage 7 to Blankenheim - with your car back to the holiday apartment

Conditions:
For the booking of the apartment 'a Bäckesch 17' we charge from € 80.00 per day (for occupancy by 1 or 2 people), plus € 20.00 for each additional person. The minimum stay is 2 nights.
From the third person applies:
For children under 7 years the stay is free. Between the ages of 7 and 12 we charge € 10.00/night.
The final cleaning of the apartment is also included in the price.

After confirmation of your booking request, 25% of the total price must be paid as a deposit within 5 days.
Cancellations up to 4 weeks before departure are free of charge. For cancellations after this period, the deposit will be charged or retained.
A rebooking is only possible after individual agreement.
