With a good location within the municipality of Marbella, you will be close to the commercial center of Marbella, as well as the different roads that will take you to any point in the province of Malaga.
The accommodation is located within an urbanization with common garden and pool spaces, these spaces are subject to rules of behavior and use, you must always respect these rules.
To access the pool and garden area you have to go outside the urbanization. A small distance of about 30 or 50 meters, depending on the access you choose.
The parking offered by the accommodation is an outdoor area next to it, although it has the circumstance of not having a ford, so although that space cannot be occupied because it is a housing area, access to it can be obstructed by another vehicle.
The entrance to the accommodation, facing the outside street, offers upon arrival a beautiful covered and closed porch with an entrance gate. Outdoor furniture so you can enjoy a pleasant breakfast.
The architecture of the accommodation has three spaces. A ground floor, a first floor and finally a second floor.
On the ground floor, next to the beautiful porch, we will have a beautiful living room, where you can have family life, which together with the small (although comfortable kitchen) will be able to easily serve lunches on the table. You will also have a television and a toilet on this ground floor. You will also have access to the stairs to the upper floors.
On the first floor of the accommodation, we will find two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both have access to a beautiful terrace (the terrace is the same for these two rooms), which makes them very bright and fresh, although each bedroom has air conditioning. They also have space to store your luggage in a comfortable and orderly manner. You will also have a comfortable bathroom on this floor.
On the second floor we will find a bedroom and a bathroom (outside the room) with a shower. This bedroom has a private terrace, it is very bright and cozy. It has a double bed for your rest and also has a closet to store your luggage in an orderly manner. The terrace is only for this bedroom, with beautiful partial views of the sea, mountains and city views. It has an awning to protect you from the afternoon sun.
