Lovely Holiday Apartment in Valica with Private Parking and Magnificent View

Relax with the whole family in this new quiet accommodation, located on the first floor of a family house surrounded by nature. Ideal for those who want to spend their holiday in tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The area is ideal for long walks or bike rides along the paths of the surrounding countryside. The beautiful pebble beach of Kanegra is only a 5-minute drive away. The center of Umag is 6 km, and the restaurant is 900 m.

Free private parking near the house. Guests can use the garden of the house for shared use.

The new apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed (180x200), bedside tables with night lamps, wardrobe, bed linen is provided (changed weekly). The bathroom with shower, toilet, sink with cabinet, hairdryer and washing machine. Two bath towels per person are provided (changed weekly). The living area has a sofa bed for two people, dining table with 4 chairs, flat screen satellite TV. air conditioner, chest of drawers. The kitchenette offers a stove with 4 gas burners, smoke extractor hood, oven, refrigerator with freezer area, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, plates, cutlery, kitchen utensils, glasses. From the living area the exit to the terrace furnished with table and 4 chairs which offers a magnificent view of the surrounding nature. Free Wi-Fi internet connection.

The place is very beautiful, ideal for those who love nature, clean air and tranquility. Only 6 km from the center of Umag and only 2 km from the beach of Kanagra. Near some restaurants and pizzerias.

* Pets are not allowed.* Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside.* We kindly ask our guests:- to respect the neighbors and to behave calmly and discretely, especially at night or during the afternoon rest,- for safety reasons, turn off the air conditioning, and the washing machine when they are not in the accommodation,- to use the equipment of the accommodation with caution,- to leave the containers empty and wash the used cutlery and kitchen utensils,- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys.* The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 on the last day of stay.* Customized transports are possible (example: airport accommodation, ...)
