The region of Istria is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Croatia.

Near the Stella Maris tourist village, where the famous Umag Croatia Open ATP tennis tournament has been held for years in the second half of July, there is the DIVA apartment which offers a comfortable holiday home for up to 5 + 2 people.
The apartment is located in a privileged tourist area much loved by tourists.
The location is great for vacationing or watching the ATP Open Croatia tennis tournament.
Guests will have at their disposal comfortable accommodation in an idyllic landscape. Sun, beach, and dream accommodation: the DIVA Stella Maris apartment offers ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday.
The beach and the various bathing facilities can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
The proximity to the sandy beach crowns fantastic accommodation. The beaches in the area are sandy and equipped, near the coast, there are pine trees or other vegetation where you can shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. There are also pebble, concrete, and rocky beaches as every few hundred meters the coast changes its structure. Various bars and restaurants serving regional and international menus on-site are within walking distance. The area is however quiet and central.

The spacious 128 sqm apartment located on the first floor of a family house with a magnificent shaded terrace (16 sqm), is equipped with everything you need to stay in complete comfort. The nearest restaurant is 200 m, bar 250 m, supermarket 500 m. Just 300 m from the station of the tourist train that leaves from the tourist village of Katoro and travels along the coast to the center of Umag and vice versa.

In the center of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam is recommended, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, or visit the stalls and for the delight of children the playground on the seafront. To buy a larger quantity of food, it is advisable to walk a few kilometers to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.

In the vicinity there are various leisure possibilities: tennis courts, 18-hole golf course, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, various boat or bus trips. Water sports enthusiasts will find diving, water skiing and surfing here. Renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore the area will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and an impressive marina. Excursions in the hinterland interesting the city of artists Grožnjan, Motovun typical medieval town known for the film festival, Livade the white truffle area, Hum the smallest city in the world, PN Plitvice, the seaside areas PN Brioni, Fish picnic boat, trip to Venice, Pula, Rovinj, Porec, Baredine cave. A visit to the Funtana theme park and the nearby Istralandia water park will make the hearts of people of all ages beat faster. Tastings of wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham and much more.
