Thanks to its location, Villa Stella provides an ideal starting point for visiting all the sights and natural beauties of this region. Our guests can reach Medulin (sandy beach, entertainment for young people and children, catering, shops...) in just a few minutes' drive, Pomera (restaurants with excellent cuisine, beaches, marina...), Premantura (nature park Kamenjak with beautiful beaches, open and clear sea, beach bars)..... Proximity to the highway and local roads allows quick access to Pula, Rovinj, Brijuni National Park, central Istria.....
The special features of our region are wine roads and olive oil roads. There is an agricultural farm nearby and you can enjoy local fruits and vegetables. Our fishermen provide you with fresh fish every day or you can enjoy local food by visiting agritourisms.
Bicycle paths right next to the house, quad biking, windsurfing and horse riding will make your stay in nature adventurous.
Do not miss visiting our phenomena, fortresses and quarries. We definitely recommend the Amphitheater, Monvidal Fortress, Sveti Mihovil, Casoni Vecchi, Bitnica Ovine, Brioni Minor, Cave Romane and there is also the Stoja Fortress with a view of the Gulf of Pula and Italy. It is definitely worth visiting the Pula Tunnels, the Castle and the Archaeological Museum.
A favorite place for golfers is the Brijuni National Park, which can be reached by boat from the small fishing village of Fažane. In Brijuni, various animals (elephant, zebras, peacocks, goats, sheep,...), driving electric vehicles and bicycles, and viewing natural and created beauties will provide you with an unforgettable experience. Special importance is given to them by the museum of Josip Broz Tito and former Yugoslavia.

From there there is a view of the covered and heated swimming pool and the covered terrace where there is a large table, gas grill and deckchairs. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms with private bathrooms and a view of the pool and nature, as well as an additional toilet and laundry room.
On the first floor of the house there are three bedrooms with their own bathrooms, and a work area. All rooms offer a beautiful view of the sea, pool and nature.
On the second floor is the special feature of Villa Stella – a 70m2 penthouse apartment with a large and covered terrace, sauna, jacuzzi on the terrace and deckchairs. From the terrace there is a wonderful open view of Medulin Bay and the surrounding nature. The apartment is equipped with a bedroom with its own bathroom, a sauna with an open view of the sea, a room for daily rest, a mini kitchen and an additional bathroom.

Villa Stella is a beautiful, comfortable holiday home with 7 bedrooms and a wellness penthouse with a beautiful view of the Medulin bay, located very close to the sea and beaches. It is located on a fenced and well-kept garden of 700m2, very suitable for families with children and pets. The location is very quiet and there is no traffic. It offers a free charging station for your electric cars.
