Holiday apartment Eulenrast

The guesthouse is in a quiet location, by a little stream, away from traffic noise and amidst the nature of the Pielachtal in the Mostviertel, Lower Austria.

The “Eulenrast” apartment is on the ground floor and measures around 70m². It comprises an entrance area, a shower/WC, a living and dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen, as well as two separate bedrooms.

There is a terrace. The fully fenced outdoor area borders a little stream. A grill area, a fireplace, a Wendy house and children’s play equipment are available. The site is accessed via a bridge and has plenty of parking space.

It is a few minutes to the centre of Loich wth a well-stocked supermarket with a café. There are waymarked routes for hikers and mountain bikers, some right from the house. You can go on trips to places of interest in the area such as Wachau, Stift Melk, the basilica at Maria Zell, or a ride with the Mariazell railway.

    “Es ist alles vorhanden, die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut. Das Haus hat einen sehr schönen großen eingezäunten Garten, was für unseren Hund ein absolutes Highlight war. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig. Sie hat zwei Schlafzimmer, wobei das zweite Zimmer nur durch das erste Schlafzimmer zu erreichen ist. Für Familien sicher kein Problem. Das Haus liegt an einer sehr wenig befahrenen Straße und ist deshalb für einen ruhigen erholsamen Urlaub ideal. Unsere Wohnung verfügte über eine eigene Terasse, die zum Garten führt. Bequeme Liegestühle sind vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.”

    “Von den Vermietern der Ferienwohnung wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen.
    Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und besitzt eine schöne Terrasse. Das Haus liegt im hinteren Teil eines ruhigen Tales. Es ist von einem großen, komplett eingezäunten Garten umgeben.
    Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.”

    “Wir wurden sehr gastfreundlich empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, gepflegt und sauber. Alles, was Sie während der Ferien benötigen könnten, war vorhanden. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer schönen, ruhigen Lage. Sehr empfehlenswert!”
