Es ist ebenerdig und für maximal fünf Personen geeignet. Im Haus gibt es einen großen, gemütlichen Wohnraum mit großem Sofa und Sat-TV, eine komplett eingerichtete Küche mit Essgruppe, Spülmaschine, Backofen, Cerankochfeld und Mikrowelle. Zudem haben Sie zwei Schlafräume, in einem davon ein Doppelbett und in dem anderen zwei Einzelbetten und ein Hochbett. Im Bad befindet sich eine Dusche und ein WC. WLAN ist im Haus vorhanden.
Es gibt eine überdachte und eine freie Sonnenterrasse, einen Abstellraum und einen PKW Stellplatz. Das Haus ist winterfest mit Erdgasheizung.
