Der Eigentümer wird eine Kaution, in Höhe von € 200.- verlangen, die in bar vor Ort zu bezahlen ist. Die Zahlung wird am Abreisetag zurückerstattet, wenn alles im Ferienhaus und der Umgebung in Ordnung ist.
