Holiday Apartment in Benalmádena with Common Pool

Ground floor with a garden of approximately 210m2, Located in a coastal city within a residential area, it is located near the city center, just 7min. walking from the apartment and 15min. walking from the beach. It has three rooms and two bathrooms. The apartment features garden and wooden terrace to enjoy the warm weather at your leisure.

The master bedroom has a private bathroom and two guest bedrooms with a shared bathroom.

All rooms in the apartment have a double bed 140 cm x 200 cm, a large wardrobe and separate air conditioning (Split)

The living room and kitchen are fully furnished. The living room has two sofa beds 200cm long and 140cm wide, there is a dining room seats up to 8, we have a leisure area in the lounge consisting of a 32 "TV and Wi-fi 300MB with sofas for up 8 seats. the garden terrace has been renovated (last renovation in July 2020), we installed a wooden pergola, in it we have installed light system and a system of nebulized (water jets to cool to 11 ° the atmosphere in the pergola). we have garden furniture and a barbecue oven. Just a few meters from the apartment we have a community pool.

The pool has Socorrista, has a rectangle and is 20m long and 10m wide. The rescuer only allows young children to be in the playground, the playground is one end of the pool dedicated to children and has a depth of 0, 95m. To enable children to enter the pool must be accompanied by an adult. Children can use water guns and floats but can not use inflatables mats. Adults have access to the entire pool, the other end is 2 m deep. (The pool is open from June 16 to September 25)

"Paloma Park" This park covers an area of more than two hundred thousand square meters and has an artificial lake, paved roads, recreational areas, toilets and restaurants surrounded by gardens and seating areas. Throughout the park you will find peacocks, swans, turtles and rabbits in a state of freedom. The park is a leisure area where you can walk and eat (there are stalls of sweets for children, restaurants and cafes for adults. It is a public park.

There are lots of restaurants scattered throughout the city, from different cuisines like cooking Italian, French, Greek, Argentina, Mexico, India, etc ..

"Puerto Marina" also called "The Other Puerto Banus" with a few inches less than million euros per capita and some other Ferrari under the streets but with the same number of bars and ambience for one night between great friends. If you like the streets full of atmosphere and sea breezes, this is your place, day (with family) or night (with friends). There is something for everyone, this beautiful marina surrounded by all kinds of entertainment and leisure.

My recommendation is to visit at night when the atmosphere is 10.

From the port you can hire many excursions to see whales in the area, make a boat tour and lots of things, ultimately Benalmádena is a city designed for tourists.

The only thing you can not forget to bring a good sunscreen and a good camera.
